Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Ryan attended the University of Illinois, majoring in Speech Communication and playing Varsity Baseball for the Fighting Illini. Upon graduation, Ryan packed his bags and headed out west to obtain his MBA in General Management from The Sid Craig School of Business at Fresno State University. While completing his Masters Degree, Ryan had the opportunity to spend a year teaching grammar and math at a local high school.
